Let's be honest, while the big picture is to be healthy, its so much easier to gauge with a number, something factual! I choose to use the scale as my guide. At my heaviest I was 335, I'm happy to say I don't weigh that much now, but I'm not down a lot. According to all those charts at the doctors office, I should weigh around 160-150 but seriously my ultimate goal is 180s. I have a long way to go! So of course to keep on the right path, I have set mini goals.
Here is my mini goal list!
- First 36(below 300 will feel so good)
- First 50(I get to purchase a shirt from the gym)
- Be able to buy clothes at any store(no more plus size stores!)
- Run the entire 5k in town (first weekend of August)
It's small but definitely gives me the drive to keep trying!
